amtlib.dll missing

After happily using Lightroom 6 for six months and more, I now can't open due to the message "amtlib.dill is missing".  Does anyone know about this or how I can download it??

      Hi hfrancis,

      Please uninstall the Lightroom software, restart the machine and reinstall it using the below download link.

      Download Photoshop Lightroom

      Also, you can use the Adobe Cleaner tool to remove the Lightroom, refer: Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
