An error occurred when attempting to change modules

I keep on getting this message when going from develop to library or back in my lightroom, and have no idea why. My only option is to shut it down and reboot, and then it happens again. Any ideas on what is wrong here?

    First thing to do is turn off the GPU option in the LR Preferences on the Performance tab and test.
