Anmelden light room funktioniert nicht

Ich habe folgendes Problem: sobald ich auf das Fenster Synchronisierung mit Lightroom Mobile -> "Anmeldung" gehe, passiert nichts. Es müsste eigentlich ein Fenster aufgehen in dem die ID eingegeben werden kann, damit die Anmeldung vollzogen wird. Bei mir geht allerdings kein Fenster auf und der Status steht weiterhin auf "Anmelden".

Kann mir jemand freundlicherweise bei diesem Problem helfen?

    Hi alexandrap,

    May I know the version of Lightroom you are using? Lightroom Sync works with versions above CC 2015.5/ 6.5
