Any API to apply an existing "filenamePreset" ?

Quick question: is there an API to apply an existing  filenamePreset?

I see photo:applyMetadataPreset( presetId ) but not the equivalent for filenamePresets

Is there another method that must be used?

The SDK doesn't allow photos to have their files renamed, unfortunately.

Thanks @johnrellis

I knew photo:setRawMetadata could not be used so I was hoping at least via filename Presets there was a way.

I frankly don't understand this limit.

We can rename files via the UI directly or via presets.

There would be no harm to allow to do the same via an API.

The SDK doesn't allow deletions or moves either. Folklore says that the original SDK designers didn't want to allow the possibility of run-amok plugins destroying a catalog, but plugs can currently do a huge amount of damage as it is 😆
