Any way to change the default renaming of file like Pano, HDR, Enhanced etc

In LRc, it is possible to change the file name modifier of externally edited photos from 'Edit' to whatever you want. Is there a way to change the modifier for merged photos (Pano / HDR) or Enhanced photos?

Yes, you can change how the photos are named when sent to the external editor. It's at the bottom of Preferences - External Editors. No, you cannot change how merged DNGs are named.
