Aperture to Lightroom 6 transfer failed

I was transferring all my Aperture files into Lightroom 6 on a mac (OS 10.13.6) when lightroom crashed in the middle of the job. It had copied about 10,000 out of 11,000 images. When I spot checked a bunch of my projects many were missing a few photos each so it would be a massive job to idintify exactly which images didn't get transferred. Any suggestions on how to get the remaining photos moved into Lightroom?
