app is not responding after using plugins

I am using Topaz AI and Nik Color Effex as plugins in LR Classic. After using one of those plugins and returning to LR, the photo with the made corrections is shown. However, some functions of LR are now as blocked and not responding; e.g. Export or showing the filename. Only solution then is to exit LR and restart it, then all works again. I tried to deinstall the plugins and reinstall them, tried to deinstall LR and reinstall it with no effect.

Working with MBP 16" (2024), M4 Max, Sequoia 15.3.2, LR 14.2. and the latest versions of the plugins.
