appearance model css export fir Web SDK

Is there a way to make the appearance model export to the custom.css in order?

Or is there a way to know what order it will use?

I can't create custom dropdown css menus without fixed order in the css file.
It works fine when simply using the original css file, but when I put the settings in appearance.nav.cssID form to allow custom colour settings it breaks because the css is generated in the wrong order.

I've also tried leaving the position elements in a css file and the stuff I want to change in Lightroom there, but neither order of calling my css menu file and the custom file works.
