Hello!

I have a problem using the improve Tool in Lrc. I would like to know how to solve it. Please see attached photos for context.

Do you think the problem is from the system or from my video board.

Please help if you can.

Check for driver updates for your GPU, and make sure you use the Studio driver, not the Game Ready driver.

"DirectX: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU (32.0.15.5612)"

That's a Game Ready Driver (556.12) from June 27. As Johan indicated, install the latest Studio Driver (560.70), which Nvidia and Adobe recommend for use with LR:

"the improve Tool"

Not sure to which tool you are referring. Please include the Portuguese name of the tool as it's displayed in LR.

If this doesn't help, these artifacts could also result from hardware problems -- bad memory card, card reader, USB cable, hard disk, etc. To test that, start swapping components, starting with a different memory
