At what step in the usage of Lightroom Classic do you get this message?

Hi there thank you for coming back.

I am actually unsure.. as I did the edit few weeks back..but it is today
that I cannot even seems to be able to entre in to Light room Classic !

Unsure how to check which version as it keeps updating regularly I think!
(Im on a college course and this is part of the package we get while being
on the course )
