Audio files in diaporama

On my LR Classic CC running on my MacBook Pro, as I add an audio file in my diaporama LR returns an error message : "File corrupted".The problem is that when I do exactly the same procedure on my iMac it works perfectly .The 2 workstations are running Mac OS High Sierra.

    Hi remyh,

    Which exact version of Lightroom Classic Cc are you using on your MacBook Pro? What is the format and size of the audio file you're adding  and are you using the same file on your iMac as well?

    You may refer the troubleshooting steps listed on this discussion "The Music File Is Not Well Formed" and let us know if that helps.

    Hi ,

    LR is in version 7.1

    Mp3 size doesn’t matter because >I tried many, from 900K to 3 MB.

    Yes of course exactly the same files on both machines.

    In the meanwhile I made some changes as mentioned in the troubleshooting forum ypu sent me .

    Nothing works, Quicktime uninstall reinstall the last one, restarted the machine ,…
