Hello There! My name is Usama Ehsaan & I am from Pakistan. I used to make professional Lightroom Presets which I want to sell on Daraz.PK is an e-commerce site in Pakistan. So, they are asking about some sort of Authorization letter to sell these presets. How can I get this letter?

You can't get such a letter as far as I know and you don't need to. Presets are text files so the copyright is with the person who wrote the text, that person being you.
