Auto Import Overwritten Files

I have 10 webcams that save a file to a virtual machine and continually overwrite the image file every 30 minutes to be uploaded to out website. I am trying to set up a script to auto-import from the original file in bucket 1, process the image, and save in bucket 2 where it will be uploaded to the website. The file names have to stay the same to be uploaded from bucket 2 to the website. I only see the option to auto-import if the folder starts empty. Is there a way for Lightroom to check for a newer, overwrited file with the same name in bucket 1 and reimport, upload, process, and save in bucket 2?
