"Automatisch weiterschalten" permanent abschalten

Hey dear friends,

I am searching for the option to switch off permanently the function "automatisch weiterschalten" under the drop down windows "Foto".

Background: I have deselected this function, but for what ever reason it comes back when restaring LrC, also when not reselecting.

Or is there a short cut to select and deselect the function, which I have not realized till now.

So is there an option to switch it of by preseting operation, because for me it is one of the most boring functions, if it is the selcted and I want to give more then one criteria during development to one of my photos.

My set-up : MACPro with 15.3, 8 Gb Grafic card, 128 GB RAM, LrC 14.2

One remaning question : is there a shortcut to switch on and off this function or is only the drop down menu function given?

Keyboard shortcut for auto advance is the CAPS Lock key.

It is not shown in the dropdown menu

It is not normal behavior for options to be turned off and then it is turned on when you restart LrC. I would reset your preference file.

The reset of preferences is an option,or have you tested it for the case I am mentioning?

I cannot test it because I am not having the problem. Resetting preferences is a well-known solution for user-interface problems, which is stated in the first paragraph of the document I referenced. Best advice is method 3, where you first rename or move the existing preference file.
