Backing up pictures from Sony A700 mk3 while abroad.

Hi. I'm looking for advice on what gadget to get that I can use to back up my pictures while travelling without access to Wi-Fi. I don't want to use my iPad. I want something that I can use daily that has its own rechargeable power. I am not a technical person but I want something that will ignore previously uploaded pictures. Thank you.

Probably a nice external hard drive, perhaps with SD car reader internal, defiantly with power NOT from computer, might need additional external power bank.
