Right-click (on a Mac that's ctrl-click) on the word Tone, select Expand All

The local adjustment sliders corresponding to the global Basic sliders (Temp, Ting, Exposure, Contrast, etc.) are now subdivided into the sections Tone, Color, Curve, etc.  Click the triangles to expand each section:
