Batch HDR settings

Hi,
I'm editing 360 photos and to get them to stitch after editing, I need to  HDR merge them with the auto align box unchecked.
So far, I've not found ways to manually change the settings when doing batches of images (multiple stacks). It's getting real time consuming having to manually HDR merge every single stack.

Has anyone found a solution to this?
