BATCH RENAME

Please help; it has been a while....  I have Light Room, Light Room Classic and Bridge.  I have a folder of images that I would like to batch rename, and for the life of me, this is not working.  I want to do custom so like this

NAME-YY-MM-DD-HH-MM-001

Time is not important...  I used to do this all the time, but it is not working for me.  I am on a mac with the newest versions of all programs.
