If photo editing is your priority, I'd also look at models like the Dell UltraSharp U2723QE or BenQ PD2725U. Both offer excellent color accuracy, 4K resolution, and are usually within your €700 budget. If you don't specifically need OLED, they provide great value and are well-regarded by photographers and editors.

If you’re on a mac, have a look at the ASUS ProArt 5K. Been great for editing images and creating videos.
