Bij verwijderen kan ik niet meer kiezen op schijf of in lRC

Hey all,
 

Now things have gotten worse.  A few images have metadata conflicts denoted by a flag that appears on the thumbnail. If I click on that flag, I get only a flash ...just like when trying to delete an image.

It happens if I click the Metadata warning flag on the thumbnail in the grid or on the flag on the thumbnail in the filmstrip

It also happens if I click anywhere on the Metadata Status line in the Metadata panel to the right of the grid

Have to wonder what tomorrow will bring.

Hi @Carlos De Smet, thank you for confirming that you've tried resetting your preferences and various deletion methods. Let's test a few other things:

1. Create New Catalog: Create a new catalog and collection in Lightroom to check if the deletion issue still occurs.

2. Verify Free Storage Space: Please verify that you have sufficient free storage space available under your account.

3. Logout from the Help menu and quit Lightroom.

4. Backup and delete the following files/folders:

• For MAC:

  • ~/Library/Caches/Adobe/Lightroom/Sync Data

  • ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom/Preferences (folder)

  • ~/Library/preferences/Adobe/LightroomClassic (folder)

  • ~/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.LightroomClassic.plist (file)

• For WIN:

  • C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom\Caches\Sync Data\Sync.lrdata

  • C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Lightroom Settings

Empty the trash. Launch Lightroom, log in with the same Adobe ID, and check if you can now delete photos and if plugins are functioning properly. If none of these steps work for you, we can continue to troubleshoot! ^CH
