Which version of Lightroom and Photoshop do you have installed?

Which operating system do you use?

With the recent version of Lightroom (12.4) and Photoshop (24.6) I don't see such issues.

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 25H2 -- LR-Classic 15 - Photoshop 27 - Nik Collection 8 - PureRAW 6 - Topaz Photo AI

Which version of Lightroom and Photoshop (non Beta!!) do you have installed?

It seems that's a bug in Lightroom 12.3

What you can try is to reinstall your Photoshop (non Beta). This has helped on my machine. But it's the Windows version.

Keep your preferences during the deinstallation of Photoshop.

When the 'link' between Lightroom Classic and Photoshop has issues, one of the first things to try is this:
1. Use the Adobe Creative Cloud application to uninstall both Photoshop and Lightroom Classic and when asked, keep preferences.
2. Install Photoshop first, then Lightroom Classic. The order of the product installed is what is very important here.
