When I preview my slideshow it is running very smooth, but after export there are blank screens every 2 or 3 images!
Can you please check or show me  how to fix it?
LrC version 15.0.1

My slide is 60 images
ps. I have been using LR since Lightroom 4 and have never seen this.

Hi @chieutran, welcome to the community!
Could you let us know how you’re exporting your slideshow, are you saving it as images, a PDF, or a video? If possible, please share a few screenshots or a short screen recording of the Slideshow module in Lightroom Classic and the exported slideshow showing the blank screens. That will help us take a closer look.
Also, could you share your System Info? You can find it in Photoshop under Help > System Info. Just copy the details into a text file and attach it to your reply, or share it via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or another file-sharing service.
Thanks so much!
Alek

Hi @chieutran,

Thank you for sharing the details and system information. Based on what you described, the blank frames in the exported slideshow video are not expected behavior.

To help narrow this down, could you please try the following:
 • Update Lightroom Classic to v15.1 and macOS to 26.2, then export the slideshow again and check if the issue persists.
 • If it still happens, create a new test catalog, import the same 60 images, rebuild the slideshow, and export it as a video. This helps determine whether the issue is specific to the catalog.
 • Your M2 Ultra system is more than capable, so performance limits are unlikely to be the cause.

Once we have this information, we can better assess whether the issue is related to the slideshow export pipeline, catalog, or something that requires escalation to the product team.

Thanks for your patience, and we’ll help you get this sorted.

Best regards,
Anshul Saini
