Blank Thumbnails in library

Library thumbnails are blank and the bottom bar thumbnails also main picture shows in develop tab? I tried the Edit-Preferences-Performance tab with Use Graphics Processor to Auto Custom and even Off it still doesn't solve the problem I even tried Uninstall and re installed 🙃 PLEASE HELP
