Blocage lightroom classic 12

BonjourJe suis sous windows 11 j'ai lightroom 12.0.1 Processeur Intel core i9, 64Go de mémoire, carte graphique NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060, disque dur SSD 1ToLightroom fonctionnait parfaitement bien jusqu'à une quinzaine de jour. Depuis, je travail avec pendant quelques minutes (une dizaine) puis il se bloque, tout est figé et la seule façon de la quitter est de lancer le gestionnaire de taches et fin de tache. J'ai desactivé la cate video sans succés, augmenté la mémoire cache sans succés. Je ne sais pas quoi faire, quelqu'un a-t-il une solution?MerciXavier

Two things from System Info could be causing the bad behavior:

1. The Logioptions plugin is installed. Logitech's utilities install this plugin automatically, and it can cause all sorts of problems (it's not well written). Do File > Plug-in Manager, select Logioptions, scroll to the Status panel, click Disable, and restart LR. Does the problem go away?

2. Your Nvidia graphics driver is four months old. Go to the Nvidia.com web site and get the most recent Studio Driver from 11/16/2022. LR is very sensitive to bugs in graphics drivers.

Please do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running.
