Question

Blue dots in dark places visible after export, not in LR while photo zoomed out to fit

I'm having an issue with fidelity in Lightroom while editing photos done in very dark conditions. Consider following:

Left part is what I'm seeing in Lightroom's main window - LRC is in Develop mode & photo is zoomed out to "FIT" (resolution is 2560x1440).
Middle part is what I get after exporting the file to JPG (sRGB, quality=85, irrelevant if the photo is shrunk down to e.g. 1600px or full sized - photo is viewed in IrfanView).

Right part is what I can see in Lightroom, but the artifacts are only visible after I zoom in to 100%.

Is there any way to make the exported image look like it looks in LR before exporting (left side)? Or how to get rid of those blue dots?

Camera is Canon R10, ISO=12600. Denoise was applied.

When evaluating noise, sharpness, and other fine detail, you MUST view the image at 100%, where one image pixel is represented by one screen pixel. This is the only view that gives you an accurate representation of the image.

Any other view will be inaccurate and misleading because the image has been scaled. Scaling uses sharpening and smoothing algorithms, and these vary between magnifications, as well as between different applications.

This also applies to exported images.

Beyond using Luminance Range as a mask, any tips to successfull get rid of this blueish tint?
