Blurb alternative

Have dealt with Blurb for at least a decade!   They have no become totally non-responsive..   I have a support item that they quit responding to in APRIL!  After repeated requests in the last couple of weeks, no response, just the computer generated response. 

Help please,  would like a referral to another printer.
