Blurb books with blank pages

I created 3 identical books with different covers (family photoshoot with each family choosing their own cover).

All books contain 76 pages, after sending them to blurb (3 books individually) and ordering the books, all arrive with 10 printed pages and all other pages blank!

I now checked the preview files and the previews also have blank pages. Lightroom didn't report an error in none of the three books sent.

I have never experienced such error before and I'm not really happy with the idea that I should check the entire preview after sending the book to blurb.

What went wrong, three times in a row, can I make Adobe accountable for the loss of money?

We really apologise for the trouble caused you. You may try and convert the book to PDF format and check the page previews in PDF file.

Almost the exact same thing just happened to me... first version uploaded perfectly fine, so when the others uploaded and the only change was the cover, I assumed they would be fine.

 

How can I escalate this issue???

You’ve posted to a very old thread. It is highly unlikely that the issue described in this thread, though not impossible, is the same issue which you are currently experiencing. Rather than resurrect an old thread that is seemingly similar, you are better posting to a new thread with fresh, complete information including system information, a complete description of the problem and step-by-step instructions for reproduction. 

 

In the unlikely event the issue is the same, we will merge you back into the appropriate location.
