Book module: adjusting text layout for multiple pages at once

Would it be possible to adjust the text layout for multiple pages at once? If you don't use the standard layout you have to adjust it page by page and frame by frame...

      If you have used the came Custom Page Layout for multiple pages then it is easy to adjust dimensions if only a single text box is on each page- But beware this adjusts all text boxes on EVERY page. So there are limitations to what is possible.

      Go to Menu > Edit > Select all Text Cells  [Ctrl+Alt+A]  then drag the handles of one text box- the others change in sync-
