Book module does not print last photo's text

I have been building a book and noticed that when exporting to PDF the last photo does not display its chosen photo text which is the Title metadata in the PDF file.

However if I add a blank page after the last photo then it displays the text.

I have not included the PDF file as it is very large with 91 pages when it does not work and 92 with the extra blank page.
