Book module missing info

I have started a book in the Book Module and when I went back to it today I was missing part of the options above the filmstrip.  In particular I am missing the option of selecting All Pages, Two Pages and Single Page.  I have attached a screen shot to help you understand my issue.

    Rick, thank you that worked.  Now my issue is I am not able to minimize my screen.  How can I reactivate that?
