Borderless printing

I have a Canon Pro 100s.  When I want to print from Lightroom 6, I have selected borderless printing in Page Setup.  All the online guidance (Youtube, forums etc) indicates that I should then be able to reduce margins to 0.  This doesn't happen.  Any help gratefully received!

    Have you checked what specific sizes are supported in your printer driver for borderless printing? If you do not have a supported size selected you will not be able to zero out the margins!.

    Yes – and I can print on other applications from the same printer with borderless. It is the relationship between the lightroom 6 and my printer that is the issue

    Could be the Size of the paper and the Size of the image in Pixels., If they don't match, number of pixels, H + W, to H + W in inches/cm, you can't get a borderless print.

    Can you be more specific with the steps you've taken to print borderless? Are you using a template? Have you zeroed out the margins? Do you have borders off in Print Settings?

      I am trying to print A4 prints on  a Canon Pixma Pro 100s.  In the lightroom print module, at first tried reducing the margins to zero - no success.  I cannot go lower than 0.35 left, 0.32 right, 0.28 top and 0.53 bottom.  Having googled the problem, the various articles/videos told me to select Page Setup - bottom left of my Lightroom print module screen.  In there I have selected paper size etc and borderless.  The articles/videos told me that having done that, I would be able to adjust margins to zero.  They are wrong!

      I have tried the same approach but selecting Printer settings in the lightroom print module - bottom right of my screen.  Same outcome but when, having selected paper size and borderless and then hit OK, it starts printing.

      I have tried another approach - adjust the cell size dimensions in the print page to 21.0 x 29.7cms.  No deal - it locks at a maximum of 28.89 x 20.32
