Brush in Mask

I have been facing this problem since some time and even now when the version is 15.0.1

The Brush Tool gets stuck and keeps painting all over even when the mouse is not clicked (left click). There is no other operation possible after this happens. The only option is to kill the application and restart it.

Frequency is quite high. Almost every second day !!
