Bug when opening CC Classic - error changing module after splash screen

I am talking about the Mac version.

When you open CC classic you get a message about the new features, followed by a screen for importing pictures from Elements. When these screens come up they are followed by a message "Error trying to change module". You then have to restart LR and most of the items on the catalogue list are missing. You then have to search for them on the computer.

I have ticked the box numerous times to stop the box for importing from Elements from coming up, but it still does.

This is extremely annoying, as I move from catalogue to catalogue on a frequent basis.
