Build standard previews count is not moving

Hi, after update to 13.1 there is problem for building images standard previews. LRc built some of them and stuck! MacOS 14.1.2, Mac Studio M1 MAX. 32gb ram, 1tb ssd! This numbers are stuck more than one hour!

    Have the same issue in 13.1. I reset the preferences and reinstalled LR Classic but that did not help. Pausing Address lookup and pausing XMP file creation do not help either.

      Pause that Address Lookup, and do you really want to create those XMP files?

      nothing to do with with Address Lookup and xmp files!

      I am talking about the fact that creating standard previews does not work!

      I talked to Adobe support. The trick seemed to be the following. Move the catalog to another directory; the lrcat file only, and restart LR from there. After the restart LR starts to rebuild all previews. In my case it will take a while. In earlier attempts to solve the issue i removed the previews from the catalog directory only, as suggested elsewhere on the forum, but that wasn't sufficient in my case. Further changes made in the preferences wer RAW related: cache size increased to 30 Gb and Use Graphic Processor set to Custom. I doubt if they helpful in this case. I hope this works for you
