burn cd from lightroom

I have a quick collection, that has been saved to the target collection, I then put disk in drive, and hit export to cd, I can not get cd to burn, once on a cd it said burning, then that cd will not open up to view when placed into drive, I have seemed to try everything. Please advise. Frustrated.

    What is your OS and the exact version (numbers, not 'latest' or alike) of Lightroom?

    On Windows, I found that it is best to export to a local folder and then use the OS tools or burning tools to burn the CD in a second step.

    I am on a Mac and in general, I also export to a new folder on my desktop and then burn the disc using the disc tools or an application such as Roxio Toast.
