Button supplied, but inoperable

I have a day's worth of images I wish to load to Lightroom, but a message popped up suggesting that due to planned changes some existing info would not become accessible, and that to avoid this I needed to allow continuation, and to carry out this step was a clickable box needed to be clicked, but Clicking said button had No effect!

Please coud I be given clear and actionable options, please.
