Camera Profile for Mavic 3 Pro 24mm lens not showing

Hi all,

I have created camera profiles with color checker software for all of my Sony, Canon and DJI cameras. For the DJI Mavic 3 Pro, that's three profiles, one for each lens. These profiles have worked fine for me, but since a few months, the one for the 24mm lens on the Mavic 3 Pro has no longer been showing in Lightroom when I am working on a DNG taken with that lens. The ones for the 3x and 7x are showing with their respective DNG files.

The .dcp files are all visible in the Application Support>Adobe>Camera RAW>Camera Profiles folder, but somehow it just does not want to work. I tried to delete and create a new profile, but when I want to import it, Lightroom tells me that it cannot be imported since it is already imported. This problem only occurs with the DNG's taken with the 24mm lens on the drone., only this profile cannot be found or imported.

What worked for me a while back was degrading the ACR plug-in, so it appears the problem lies within an update to ACR. But of course, it is not  solution towards the future, I want to keep the plugin updated to work with nerw cameras, lenses, features and so on. Any idea how to solve this? It is quite important to me, since Adobe makes a mess out of the colors from the drone and the profile creates a much better starting point.

A DJI firmware update changed the camera model recorded in EXIF metadata for at least some of its cameras:

This may be confusing LR. (Not a wise thing for DJI to do.)

"I tried to delete and create a new profile, but when I want to import it, Lightroom tells me that it cannot be imported since it is already imported."

Ensure the old version of the profile has been deleted. In Finder, do the menu command Go > Go To Folder and copy and paste this path:

~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/CameraProfiles/Imported

If you don't see the old .dcp file there, then go to the parent folder CameraProfiles and use Finder to search for the file name. There's been lots of conflicting and out-of-date advice about where to manually store profiles and presets, so the .dcp file could be stored in multiple places.

Thanks for the help. I deleted all profiles in the Imported folder, removed the index file, started Lightroom again and imported all profiles again. I could import the profiles without a problem. But...whenever I open a DNG-file from the 24mm camera, the imported profile does not show in Lightroom. For all other camera, it does...

@Marijn33902226rt0j: "whenever I open a DNG-file from the 24mm camera, the imported profile does not show in Lightroom."

You may need to build separate profiles for photos from the old and new firmware versions, since they record identifying metadata differently.
