Can I tell LR to always move sidecar files, even if they are not readable by LR?

I have a lot of DJI drone video. With the video files come SRT sidecars that have important GPS data associated with the video. I use this and must preserve these files.  I keep my photo and video files in dated folders in Lightroom. Of course I only edit the photos in lightroom, but I have decided that it makes most sense to keep the video files in these same folders as the images as the content is relevant to one another.

I have noticed that when I select video files from within LR to move to another folder in the catalog, it sometimes moves the SRT sidecar files along with the video files, but sometimes it does not. I cannot figure out why it does this only sometimes. I am wondering if I can do something to ensure that LR will always move the sidecars without fail. These are SRT sidecars that are not readable by LR (to my knowledge), but they are important to me that I keep them for using with other programs. Thank you!
