can not import

when I try to import images it keeps coming up says can not import images as they are writeable help urgently needed

are (NOT?) writeable

This error message often means that the folder on your hard-drive set as the 'Destination' for the copied files has a problem.

Commonly that the folder does not have full Red/Write permissions.

Double-check the 'Destination' panel in the Import dialog.
