Can not publish to facebook

Lightroom Classic(v 8.3.1 Release) Try to use facebook publish service. After authorized on facebook, I cannot choose existing - not active select box with the album name.

If try to create new album has the error "Album creation responded with error"

I try all solutions from

but it did not solve the problem
