can only export a few photos at a time

A couple of weeks ago, I suddenly couldn't export multiples pictures in Adobe Lightroom. I was on 13.3.1 and thought an upgrade to 13.4 might help, but unfortunately, it did not. Every time I export, it will only export a few pictures but every time a random number, sometimes 4 pictures and sometimes 10 etc.

I run on W11 Home 23H2, have enough disk space the problem occurs on de local disk of my machine and external which i tried different kinds of (usb drive/external hdd). I tried running a find missing images, but everything was fine. I don't know what to do anymore.

Does anyone know how i can fix this.

there is no error message. for example when i normally export the pictures u can see in the upper left corner a loading bar ( u can see how far it is with exporting everything by seeing how much the bar is filled). but now most times when i export the loading bar is immediatly full. i thought might be a glitch and even tho i left it open for hours to wait for the pictures it only putted like 2 or 3 in and sometimes even none. And i can export the picutres 1 by 1 but that is gonna take a while.
