Question

can't access fine art paper setting Canon Pro-10

I run on Lightroom Classic 12. 1, Mac OSX 12.6.2 and have a Canon Pro-10. I updated the Canon print drivers from their site and want to print on Canon Premium Fine Art Smooth but the settings for all Fine Art Papers are grayed out in the Quality and Media window, even when manual feed is selected. Any help would be appreciated!

What you are showing has nothing to do with Lightroom Classic, this is all an attribute of the print driver.

Even though Fine Art Papers is highlighted, Photo Papers is the one that has a checkmark by it. So photo papers must be the one that is actually selected. My only suggestion would be to refer to the instructions packaged with the paper to see what the appropriate settings should be for your printer when using the paper. If you have already done that then I suppose my answer has just wasted your time.

You are showing the printer dialog, which is a Mac system dialog and not part of Lightroom. Can you show your print job section of Lightroom's interface? Do you have Color management set to be "Managed by Printer," or do you have the paper profile set there?

Thanks Michael. I'm making progress. The Canon tech rep had me delete the print drivers (finder/go/library/printers/Canon) before installing the updated Canon print drivers for their many papers.  When I had installed the updated print drivers previously they hadn't overwritten the old drivers. I'm not sure I'm doing this right though - here are a few screenshots of the Apple print settings.
