Can't add photos from my computer to Lightroom. Got an error - some photos were not added

Also, state our workflow up to the  point that you get  the  error. Took SD card  out of camera, inserted.... etc.

Please share with us your System Information as Lightroom Classic reports it. In LRC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste all that from line 1 down to just past plug-in info in a reply.

Sorry to hear that, as you're getting error while adding images into Lightroom, could you please let us know the version of Lightroom you're using?

Where are you adding the images from Local drive or External?
