can't apply the dpc from colorchecker passport to lightromm

I use the colorchecker passport 2, use the plugin to create the preset. But I can't import it back to lightroom, it shows : can't be imported. Can anyone help? thanks!

It's not a preset but a camera profile. When I used my passport last, the program automatically installed it and you had to restart Classic for it to show up. Also note that in recent versions of Classic, you might have to open the profile browser to see it. If it is not automatically installed, you can load the camera profile from the profile browser by clicking the four squares icon on the right side of the profile pop-up and then clicking the plus icon at the top of the profile browser.
