Can't create a new preset folder

Im trying to organized my preset and I can't create a new preset folder in the last version of LR 2015.8.  This update is one of the worst!  I needed to switch to another language to get the X button for rejection working  in the library module and now I can't create a new folder in the Preset panel.  If I right click, the option for the new folder is available but when I type the name of the folder the create button is greyed out!

Adobe please fix LR ASAP!!!!!
