Can't create collections after import

Hello!

Since a while back (a few updates of Lightroom Classic) I can't create new collections after I have imported a large amount of images (like 500–1000) from my camera memory card and converted them into dng-files during import. When I try to create a collection nothing happens. If I restart Lightroom it works fine again.

I tried to recreate the problem, to be able to upload a video of it here, and only importied one image. But then it worked. So maybe it's connected to importing large amounts?
