Can't email using my hotmail anymore Tried lots

I have been emailing from my hotmail address forever.  Now it will not validate.  I took off 2 step verification, still won't work.  I have references with Microsoft the server names, ports and security type. 
smtp-mail.outlook.com  587  Starttls   I have verified the password. 

I have updated Lightroom Classic 14.0.1
running MS/Windows 11

Anyone have insight.
