Can't figure out how to uninstall Lightroom 5 from Creative Cloud

I installed Lightroom 5.7.1 via the Creative Cloud app on my Mac because an occasional client was having an issue (he hasn't updated in years) and I wanted to be sure I was seeing the same thing he was. After solving his problem, I can't find a way to uninstall it - the instructions for uninstalling via the Creative Cloud app apply to LR Classic CC (click downward arrow next to Open in Apps list, Click Manage > Uninstall), but for LR 5, there is no Uninstall option in Manage. If it's done via the Uninstall option for Classic CC, it doesn't indicate it early enough in the process to keep from feeling like I'm about to uninstall the app I want to keep.

I know it's usually possible to just trash an application in macOS, but that often leaves a number of files scattered throughout the filesystem that are no longer needed, so Adobe not providing a straightforward uninstall through the Creative Cloud app is irritating.

I have trashed the app and its plist file, but Lightroom 5.7.1 is still listed in the list of installed apps in the Creative Cloud app, even after quitting and restarting it. Should I expect that to change after a system restart, or am I stuck with it?

Restarting your computer is always recommended when removing programs.

On a Mac normally to get rid of a program you just Delete it from the Application folder. But if there is an Adobe folder or a Lightroom folder in the Applications folder open that and look for an Uninstall icon.
