This was explained above. It doesn't mean there is a problem. It could a LrC version 14 catalog, with a name that contains 13.5.

I have found that I have version 14.1.1.

But when I sign in it says Lightroom catalog -v13-5.

I can find my folders. When I open Lightroom cc I have version 13.5. Non of my folders are there. Can I reverse the upgrade that I did by misstake?
How will I find my files in Lightroom cc that I worked in yesterday?

I can't tell you how to find your current catalog. I can only tell you that you were probably looking for the wrong catalog name, because most likely you do not have a 'V14' catalog. As explained, Lightroom Classic 14 does not rename the catalog when it upgrades it, so that means that the catalog with V13.5 in its name could well be your current catalog.

Lightroom Classic 14 does not rename the catalog on upgrade anymore, so you probably do not have a -V14 catalog (unless you renamed it yourself after the upgrade).
