Can't Import Into Lighroom Classic 9,2,1

Thanks in advance for any help!

First problem, for full context, is that that I moved and re-named some photos folders from OneDrive to my hard drive, evidently causing those photos to be "lost" to LR because a book I am working on now shows a red square top left of each photo in the book with exclamation point advising the photos cannot be found. I ca't seem to find the moved/renamed folders on my hard drive with the exact pics being used for the book.

The bigger problem at this point is that I attempted to import the un-edited files (different folder) of the pics to LR in order to start the book over, but now I can't import any photos, not just the un-edited files. The message states that can't import because the files are non-writable. How can I "fix" that?
